<p>While coffee boasts of several advantages, it is also poses several dangers to the body especially when taken in excessive amounts.</p>
<p><strong>Acidic content</strong></p>
<p>Although coffee is basically coffee granules, some water and sometimes sugar or milk, it is a potent drink especially when combined with the body&#8217;s natural acids. Unknown to many, caffeine, which is the main component of coffee, can combine with the stomach acids to form a toxin in the body called caffeine hydrochloride.</p>
<p>When this toxin reaches the liver, the body naturally produces a bile that will help remove the toxin. This is the reason why some people think that coffee can aid in their digestion because of bowel regularity.</p>
<p><strong>Harmful Chemicals</strong></p>
<p>Coffee contains the chemical trichloroethylene in large concentration due to the use of pesticides in coffee plantations. The chemical is used mainly as a solvent and a cleaning agent in the clothing industry. It is also used in the metal industry as a degreasing chemical. Trichloroethylene has been linked to some types of liver cancer.</p>
<p>Another potential chemical in coffee that may harm the body is the chlorogenic acid, which has toxic side effects.</p>
<p><strong>Overworking the adrenal</strong></p>
<p>Coffee also contains an oil that can adversely affect the gastric mucosa. Because of this, the adrenal glands are frequently secreted, thus the feeling of always being full of energy. However, too much secretion of the hormone adrenaline can result in a rise in the blood pressure, tension in the body and low energy. The mood may also be affected as well as the appetite.</p>
<p><strong>Counteracts medications</strong></p>
<p>People who are taking drugs or any mediations for pain, obesity, hypertension or depression are advised not to drink coffee as all their efforts in getting well could be wasted. A patient with high fever can also be harmed by coffee and is better off drinking lemon juice or even tea.</p>
<p><strong>Deficiency in Thiamine</strong></p>
<p>People who drink coffee often can develop a deficiency in Thiamine or Vitamin B1. This can cause fatigue and nervousness. There is also general malaise as well as aches and pains in the body. Headaches are also common.</p>
<p>In addition, drinking too much coffee may also prevent the nutrients in the food that you eat from being absorbed by the intestines.</p>

<p>They are constantly in competition and jealousy is a huge factor. The fight to always be number one is very common in the teenage world. It is unfortunate and sad since these years ought to be the best years of their lives. Teenage children are forced to grow up long before their time because of the daily challenges and obstacles they are faced with. Some young people can handle adversity very well while others are quick to build a defensive wall. When faced with confrontation, many teens lash out and become reckless, often to the point of violence and nowadays, death.</p>
<p>Developing an anger management plan for teens could be difficult since teens are quick to resist advice and not always compliant with instructions. In order for anger management for teens to be successful, a program must be designed that will reach the targeted teen without being overbearing. Convincing a teenager that they have behavioural issues, which need attention, may be a challenge but it is essential to make them understand the importance of making a change.</p>
<p>If anger is not controlled, it can control the life of the individual affected. This is unfortunate in any life including that of a teenager. Teenagers with anger issues tend to yell and scream, say hurtful things, punch walls, push other people around and even hurt themselves. It may be difficult but important to convince these teenagers that everyone can change. With effective anger management for teens, they can be a success. They can make positive changes in their lives which will ultimately make their life easier and more enjoyable. Learning to control their anger is definitely a positive change.</p>
<p>Anger management for teens should teach teenagers to be self-aware and to evaluate their feelings in an attempt to understand the reasons for their anger. They should also learn to practice self-control, to pause a few seconds and think about the repercussions of their reactions to situations. After thinking about their options regarding reactions, they are taught to make a choice, pick an option, which will bring about effective results. After acting on their feelings, teenagers are taught through anger management for teens, to review their progress, see what the outcome of the choice was. These steps might be considered an effective lesson plan for anger management in teens. If using this plan each time they are confronted with irritating situations, eventually the teenager will be capable of dealing with confrontations much better.</p>
<p>Teenagers have their own minds with their likes and dislikes. Suggesting techniques like exercising, listening to music or journaling might be good anger management for teens. Success will only be achieved when the teenager is able to accept responsibility for their actions and realize they need to make changes. Using their likes, as distractions may be a good tool in anger management. These may be techniques, which they are willing to try when they feel angry or threatened. Helping a teenager be successful in anger management may require hours of hard work and tears, but realizing that individual is being spared from a future of recklessness and avoidable challenges is worth every second.</p>

First thoughts of anger issues may bring about images of a couple fighting, a parent abusing a child, a teenager lashing out at a teacher or a parent.</h3>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #993366;"><strong>Rarely will images of angry children come to mind. Unfortunately children, at very young ages, have to deal with feelings of anger and rage. This is a truth, which is often difficult to understand or manage.</strong></span></p>
<p>Children, young children especially, are normally not aware of how they feel. When a child becomes upset or mad they simply show these emotions through their behaviour. A good example of this might be the little boy in the supermarket who throws a tantrum because he is upset. Many parents have had to deal with similar situations. It is unfortunate that often times these occurrences are overlooked or dismissed because they are &#8220;just children&#8221;. Anger management in children is as important, or perhaps even more important than anger management in adults.</p>
<p>A child requires instruction and guidance from their coming into the world to their entry into adulthood. The things they learn throughout their young lives are likely to form the person they become as an adult. For this reason anger management in children with difficulties controlling their temper is extremely important. Finding ways to teach anger management in children might present challenges.</p>
<p>There are programs designed specifically for children with anger management issues. Finding one that works for a particular child might require testing many methods. Not all children will respond to the same treatments for anger management in children. Because a child cannot always relate their feelings surrounding angry outburst, finding the right approach may take some time. Until the issue is resolved or at least controlled, it is imperative to continue the search.</p>
<p>Young children may respond well to worksheets, games and fun activities. All of these can be used effectively to teach anger management in children. Developing programs, which incorporate each of these, might be the best route to take. A child completing a worksheet, colouring sheet or participating in games and activities with underlying messages regarding anger management, may not even realize they are working on their problem. Making the activity fun does not mean that the anger issue has to be left out. Choosing fun activities, which teach healthy interaction and decision-making, might be good for anger management in children. Teaching them how to take turns and helping them to learn that they cannot always be the best or the winner would definitely make a difference when confrontational situations arise. Little activities, which instil values and positive thinking, would be beneficial for anger management in children.</p>

Heartbreak is one of the most common reasons for low self-esteem and is often the case for people who lost their self to their relationship.</h3>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>For the people who are in love with their career, a demotion can kill their self-esteem. Workaholics who get fired are the number one candidates of low self-esteem.</strong></p>
<p>Teenagers who devote their time and energy to finally getting that slot in the varsity will have a lot to work on their self esteem should they be cut from the team. Self esteem is anchored in a lot of things like the factors mentioned above but solely depending on one single factor is not good. A high self-esteem should be gained by being able positive toward all aspects of life and not just one.</p>
<p>In case you are one of those people who are suffering from low self esteem or happen to know someone who is suffering from low self esteem then read on and maybe these exercises can help you in finding your way back to gaining that high self esteem. Let us start off with your self. The mirror can do so many things. How many times have we seen depressed people throw mirrors or throw something at mirrors to break them because they do not like what they see?</p>
<p>Many, many times I would bet. So let us begin with making sure that we like what we see in the mirrors. In this phase, physically looking good is very important so take the time to fix yourself. Take a trip to the parlour or to the gym. It is a must that you like and love what you see in the mirror because such fondness is a good way to start making yourself better. And when that is settled, look at the mirror every morning and say &#8220;I love myself&#8221; not because your narcissistic but because you love the unique you who have so much to offer to the world.</p>
<p>Have one day of fun with friends every week. Sometimes surrounding yourself with people is not enough. You have to have a day spent with really close friends wherein you do nothing but celebrate the &#8220;highs&#8221; of the week. Think up of something like the &#8220;snap cup&#8221; in the movie Legally Blonde and have a session every week.</p>
<p>Why every week? It is nice to always have something to look forward to every week. This exercise, aside from helping you keep your self-esteem, will enable you to share a unique bond with your friends and together you will all grow up beautifully. Be careful not to over praise each other so make sure that you only give sincere and timely praises to each other.</p>
<p>Those are just two exercises you can practice to build your self-esteem or to finally build a high self-esteem. There are other ways but one individual practice and another group exercise should encourage you to get at least get started and then just keep on doing it until it becomes habit. <p>Before one can do that, there is a need to know things about self-esteem. Self-esteem is how a person perceives his or herself. There are various factors that a person should have a positive attitude about including the value he or she gives to him or herself as a human being, his or her career and his or her achievements in order to develop a high self esteem.</p>
<p>That is only for starters, one has to go deeper and see a positive meaning to one&#8217;s place in the world and as well as one&#8217;s purpose in life. In looking at the future, there should be optimism while evaluating one&#8217;s potential to be successful by working on one&#8217;s weaknesses and highlighting the strengths. Last but certainly not the least a person has to have independence or the capacity to stand on his or her own to feet because being independent is one good way to start building a high self esteem.</p>
<p>Knowing all these things will help a great deal but there might also be other factors that you want to add but this is a really good start already. You might get from the very long first paragraph that building high self esteem is all about the individual and that is true because your self worth is obviously based on how the individual sees his or himself.</p>
<p>However the people surrounding a person also has an impact on the self esteem of the individual concerned especially the people with whom the person has a close relationship with. This is the reason why there are a lot of cases of damaged self esteems that are somehow related to emotional and physical battery as well as milder cases of heartbreaks for the teenagers.</p>
<p>Getting back on your feet has a lot to do with getting that self esteem back after a shattering experience. It does not matter if you work on building it slowly so long as you are focused at getting your high self esteem back to where it belongs.</p>
<p>The importance of high self-esteem is one thing that we cannot ignore because it is very crucial as a cornerstone to a happy living. Having a high level of this aspect of yourself will make you highly motivated to work at achieving your goals will give you the right attitude to be successful in whatever endeavour one chooses to take.</p>
<p>In fact in a CNN interview with Robert Wagner by the legend Larry King, he was quoted as saying that &#8220;I would tell them the most important thing is to work on your self-esteem, that is the best advice I can give.&#8221; Take it from someone who knows what he is talking about and to one who walked the talk. So for those who have low self-esteem, look within yourselves and discover that there is so much about you that you can be proud of.</p>
